Cat in the Hat!

What an orginal costume idea for Halloween! The Cat in the Hat in a euro punk design, it takes a very skilled and artful designer to come up with such a magical creation. Just gorgeous, and its certainly guaranteed that no one else will have this costume for trick or treating. Embellishments include punky lace with rick rac, buttons and ruffles add gorgeous detail. Not to mention the awesome hat that clearly indicates the whimsicalness of this truely amazing outfit.
